General Laborer

We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to support our team on a variety of construction, plumbing, and HVAC projects. This role involves hands-on work across different job sites, assisting skilled technicians and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Some travel is required, as we work both locally and out of town.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup and cleanup

• Support technicians with installations and repairs

• Handle basic tools and materials safely

• Load and unload equipment and supplies

• Prepare materials and assist with general construction tasks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus (not required)

• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy materials

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
